|Ryan Pilon practiced fully on Thursday|
Pilon missed the last four games with an upper body injury but practiced without restrictions Thursday, which would pave the way for him to return just over two weeks after suffering the injury.
"I think good practice today, good contact practice," said Pilon on Thursday, "I think I'm right back in the swing of things."
Brandon went 4-and-0 without Pilon in the lineup, and the 18-year old says it's a little easier to watch from the stands when the team is playing well.
"You always want your team to have success," said Pilon, "It's always fun watching them win games. You always want to be out there with them but if they can do it without me, that's great too."
Pilon was among the league-leaders in defencemen scoring when he suffered the injury October 29 in Vancouver, notching four goals and 18 points in the first 16 games of the season.
Rookie forwards Nolan Patrick and Tanner Kaspick are also ready to go after missing five games while playing at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.
However, rookie blueliner Kale Clague suffered an upper body injury at that same event last week and will be sidelined this weekend.
