Trio of Wheat Kings Listed in CSS Final Rankings

  Three members of the Brandon Wheat Kings were among the 59 Western Hockey League players listed in the final rankings by the NHL Central Scouting Service on Wednesday.

  Defenceman Ryan Pulock was ranked 12th among North American skaters while Eric Roy was ranked 41st and Tim McGauley was rated 155th.

  Pulock was ranked sixth, Roy 39th and McGauley was 152nd among North American Skaters in January's mid-term rankings.

  Pulock and McGauley tied for the Wheat Kings' scoring lead this past season with 45 points while Roy had 17 goals and 39 points in 72 contests.

  Seth Jones of the Portland Winterhawks was ranked #1, followed by Nathan McKinnon and Jonathan Drouin.

  Others of note on the list include Wheat Kings' draft pick Brendan Harms of the USHL's Fargo Force at #93 and former Brandon defenceman Ayrton Nikkel of the WHL's Everett Silvertips at #149.
