Notes
- The Wheat Kings scratch F Jesse Gabrielle (healthy), F Marek Kalus (illness), F John Quenneville (knee) and F Tyrel Seaman (concussion).  Brandon's only change in the lineup from Friday night is Curtis Honey starting in goal.

- The Wheat Kings have lost three straight on home-ice, all of them in extra time, including Friday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Edmonton Oil Kings.  Brandon has lost six of their last seven at home and sit at 11-18-3-1 at home this year.  That's the second-worst home-ice winning percentage (.394) in the WHL, ahead of only the Vancouver Giants.  However, the 11 wins is a league-low for Brandon.

- Re-iterating a point I made during Friday's broadcast, and the numbers kind of bear this out.  Brandon is 5-for-29 in shootout attempts this season as a team, a 17.2% success rate.  I feel shooters should score 1/3rd of the time in shootouts (33.3%).  The season average in the WHL this season is 27.9%.

- Tim McGauley takes a four-game point streak into tonight's contest (2 G, 4 A) while Nick Buonassisi has points in three straight contests (3 G, 1 A).

- Swift Current clinched a playoff spot last night, the first time the Broncos will be in the post-season since the 2009-2010 season.  Adam Lowry scored both goals in the Broncos' 2-1 win over Moose Jaw and the Winnipeg Jets' draft pick is continuing to put up MVP numbers with 43 goals and 84 points, putting him 10th in the WHL in scoring.  He's scored 22.1% of Swift Current's 194 goals this season and been involved in 43.3%.
