Pulock #3, Roy #9 in CSS Preliminary Rankings

  A pair of Brandon Wheat Kings are among the players listed in the NHL Central Scouting Service's preliminary rankings.

  Ryan Pulock is ranked third and Eric Roy ninth among Western Hockey League skaters.

  Pulock is leading all WHL defencemen with 25 points while Roy has four goals and 15 points in 24 games this season.

  Seth Jones of the Portland Winterhawks was ranked #1 in the WHL while Hunter Shinkaruk of the Medicine Hat Tigers was #2.

  One other note from the rankings -- Wheat Kings' draft pick Brendan Harms was #16 among players in the USHL.

  Harms is second in the USHL in scoring with six goals and 24 points in 17 games with the Fargo Force.

  He's already committed to Bemidji State for next season.
