Notes
- Brandon scratches tonight are F Daniel Asham (illness) along D Rene Hunter, D Riley Van Horne, F Kord Pankewicz and F Quintin Lisoway.  That last four, as far as I know, are all healthy scratches.

- After scoring just six goals in their last four games, the Wheat Kings have done some dramatic line changes for tonight's contest.  F Alessio Bertaggia is now with McGauley and Hawryluk; Meilleur goes onto a line with Seaman and Nejezchleb and Maguire is moved to a line with Buonassisi and Swyripa.

- Look no further than Brandon's issues scoring lately than the lack of production from their returning players.  Bertaggia is pointless in four games entering tonight's contest while Swyripa is pointless in five and Seaman has points in just one of eight games this season.

- Brandon's power-play is 1-for-21 in their last four games after opening the season by going 8-for-27 in their first four contests. Not surprisinly, the Wheat Kings were 4-0-0-0 in the first four games, 1-2-1-0 in the last four.

- At one time, the Americans had double-digit Manitobans on their roster. This year, just two in defenceman Justin Hamonic and goaltender Brendan Fiebelkor.  Both are from Winnipeg.
