Notes
- The Wheat Kings will sit G Brandon Anderson (personal), D Rene Hunter (upper body), F Dylan Kuczek (upper body), F Bruno Mraz (unknown) and F Daniel Asham (lower body). Kevin Sundher is on the Wheat Kings' lineup tonight but after practicing in a non-contact jersey, I'd be very surprised if he played tonight. He might just take warmup and then be scratched.

- Spotted Brandon Anderson in the Brandt Centre prior to tonight's game so it looks like he might be ready to re-join the club. Anderson has missed the last six games with personal issues.

- The Wheat Kings are going to need to find some secondary scoring before the playoffs open. In 18 games in February and March, the club has scored 67 goals, with 32 of those (47.8%) coming from the line of Brenden Walker, Mark Stone and Michael Ferland. Throw in the 15 goals scored by defencemen in that span, and you have 20 goals scored by the rest of the forwards on the team in an 18-game span.

- Jordan Weal has 16 points (4 G, 12 A) during a six-game point streak and has 116 points on the season, 61 more than Lane Scheidl, who is second in the Pats' scoring race.

- Regina is 4-1-1-0 in their last six games, with their only loss the 5-2 setback to Brandon March 7th.
