Flames Pay Tribute to Brad McCrimmon

The Calgary Flames paid tribute for former Brandon Wheat Kings' great Brad McCrimmon prior to their 3-1 loss to Detroit on Tuesday night.

McCrimmon helped the Flames in the Stanley Cup in 1989, served as team captain in 1989-90 and also spent three years as a assistant coach with Calgary.

McCrimmon was among the people killed in a plane crash in Russia in September.

The #4 jerseys the Flames wore during warmup are to be sold off as part of an online auction on with the proceeds going to Love For Lokomotiv.  I haven't been able to find the specific area where this morning.
