Notes
- the Wheat Kings dress the same lineup as they did for Friday's shootout victory over Swift Current with one exception. Brandon Anderson, who missed Friday's game with illness, is back in the lineup and will backup Wheat Kings' starter Corbin Boes.

- Kevin Sundher (concussion), Tyrel Seaman (concussion) and Jason Swyripa (leg) are all scratched for Brandon tonight while the Pats will be without captain Brandon Davidson (neck/head?) for the third straight game.

- Jordan Weal might be an obvious choice as the Pats' MVP this season but goaltender Matt Hewitt might only be millimetres behind. Hewitt leads the WHL in minutes played, sports a 30-18-5 on the season with a 2.66 GAA and .908 SPCT on the season and, in the month of February, is 6-3 with a 2.15 GAA and .923 SPCT.

- Speaking of Weal, his four-point game Friday pushed him to 100 points on the season - the fourth WHL player to hit that mark this year. Weal has just one point (a goal) in three games against Brandon this season so the Wheat Kings have done a pretty good job on keeping him off the scoresheet.

- The seventh-place Pats are two points ahead of the eighth-place Wheat Kings going into tonight's game. The two clubs will get very familiar with one another over the next three weeks, playing five times in the next 22 days including tonight's matchup.
