Wheat Kings' Lineup vs Red Deer (January 13, 2012)

33. Brandon Anderson
35. Curtis Honey

3. Brodie Melnychuk - 2. Ryan Pulock
7. Eric Roy - 32. Ryley Miller
6. Ayrton Nikkel - 9. Rene Hunter

27. Michael Ferland - 16. Mark Stone - 8. Brenden Walker
19. Darian Dziurzynski - 29. Kevin Sundher - 13. Alessio Bertaggia
22. Dominick Favreau - 25. Paul Ciarelli - 24. Jens Meilleur
14. Jason Swyripa - 20. Daniel Asham - 18. Bruno Mraz

- Corbin Boes (broken hand), Tyrel Seaman (suspected concussion) and Dylan Kuczek (healthy) are Brandon's scratches. The Wheat Kings' lineup doesn't change from Wednesday's alignment vs. Saskatoon, including the line combinations.

- Some interesting stats to consider - Brandon is 6-11-0-0 in their last 17 games. During that time, they've scored the first goal of the game five times, and outshot their opposition six times.

- Throw out the 11-goal outburst in Prince Albert last Saturday and the Wheat Kings have scored a total of nine goals in their last six games (that would be 20 in their last seven overall).

- Devan Dubyk is 4-3-2 with a 2.57 GAA and .918 SPCT since joining the Rebels in mid-December. He's started every game since arriving in Red Deer, with tonight's contest in Brandon is 10th straight start.

- Dubyk was originally an 11th round pick of Brandon in the 2006 WHL Bantam Draft and seems to enjoy playing against the Wheat Kings. Throw out his rookie season of 2008-09, when he played on an aweful 19-win Moose Jaw team, and he is 5-1 lifetime against Brandon including a 48 save effort in the Warriors 4-3 win in Brandon back on September 23rd.

- Minnedosa product and former Yellowhead Chief Chad Robinson has four goals and 24 points in 41 games with Red Deer in his sophmore season. His last goal came November 26 vs. Medicine Hat.
