Brandon Lineup at Prince Albert (January 7, 2012)

33. Brandon Anderson
35. Curtis Honey

3. Brodie Melnychuk - 2. Ryan Pulock
7. Eric Roy - 5. Jordan Fransoo
6. Ayrton Nikkel - 9. Rene Hunter

27. Michael Ferland - 8. Brenden Walker - 16. Mark Stone
19. Darian Dziurzynski - 25. Paul Ciarelli - 13. Alessio Bertaggia
22. Dominick Favreau - 14. Jason Swyripa - 24. Jens Meilleur
26. Dakota Conroy - 20. Daniel Asham - 18. Bruno Mraz

- D Ryley Miller (illness) is out tonight for Brandon along with G Corbin Boes (hand), F Tyrel Seaman (suspected concussion) and D Dylan Kuczek (healthy).

- The Wheat Kings haven't had the greatest of starts as of late, scoring first in just five of their last 19 games. One of the keys for them to get out of their slide, IMHO, is to became instigate more physical play and be the agressors, rather than being reactive.

- One of the amazing stats in my study earlier today (see below) is the fact the Wheat Kings have only led for a grand total of 30:10 in their ten losses since November 20th, more than half of which was in one game. It's tough sledding when you have to try and come from behind night after night after night. By the way, during their current three-game losing streak, Brandon has not held a lead.

- Brandon product Carson Perreaux (shoulder) missed his eighth straight game for the Raiders but did skate earlier today and is close to being healthy enough to return to the lineup.

- The Raiders take a seven game home-ice winning streak into tonight's contest.
