Miller Set to Return??

Will Ryley Miller be back in the Wheat Kings' lineup this weekend?

Playoff protocol, even before the WHL regular season ends, dictates that the Brandon Wheat Kings be mum on the subject but if Thursday's practice at Westman Communications Group Place is an indication, the 18-year old might return for this weekend's home-and-home series with the Moose Jaw Warriors.

Miller, who's been sidelined for the last 19 days with a suspected broken left hand, practiced alongside rookie Eric Roy on Thursday, which might be as good an indication as you're going to get at this time of the season that he's ready to return.

Miller was injured in a pointless third period fight with Regina captain Garrett Mitchell during a 9-3 Wheat Kings' victory on February 26th.

The 18-year old Miller has 11 points (all assists), 145 penalty minutes and a +11 rating in 55 games this season.
