Just Notes
- the Wheat Kings go with the same lineup tonight as they did for Friday's game in Saskatoon, with F Dominick Favreau (ribs) and D Spencer Galbraith (shoulder) the two Brandon scratches.

- Corbin Boes gets the start in goal for Brandon as the Wheat Kings continue their rotation in net. Brandon is hoping one of Boes or Liam Liston gets hot at some point, but that hasn't been the case lately. Despite the fact Brandon has won eight of ten games this month, the duo have a combined 4.19 GAA and .854 save percentage.

- Matt MacKay puts his 16-game point streak on the line tonight. MacKay is five games shy of the longest streak in the WHL this season. That belongs to Brendan Shinnimin of the Tri-City Americans, who got points in 21 straight from December 10th to February 4th.

- Brandon is sitting one point behind sixth-place Edmonton in the Eastern Conference standings entering Saturday's action. The Oil Kings host Lethbridge tonight.

- The Pats enter play tonight three points behind both Prince Albert and Lethbridge, who are tied for eighth-place and the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
