Just Notes
- Brodie Melnychuk returns to the Wheat Kings' lineup after missing 12 games with a fractured left leg. Tonight's game will be the 250th of his Brandon career.

- Brandon scratches tonight are F Dominick Favreau (ribs) and D Spencer Galbraith (shoulder).

- D Colton Waltz, who made his WHL debut on Wednesday night, remained with the team the past two days, practicing on Thursday and taking part in the game-day skate today. He'll watch the game from the stands tonight before returning home.

- The Blades will once again be without C Marek Viedensky (groin) and C Brent Benson (knee). I'm told both could probably play if this were a playoff game but Saskatoon is not taking any chances and will have them sit again tonight.

- After finally getting a night off Wednesday, Steven Stanford is back in goal for the Blades tonight. Stanford had started 16 straight games before Adam Morrison, who had been out since January 15th because of mono, returned and started Wednesday's game.
