- Michael Ferland (leg) misses his fourth straight game, Paul Ciarellu (thumb) missed his second straight while Rene Hunter (neck) and Spencer Galbraith (healthy) are Brandon's other scratches.

- Scott Glennie is back from his appearence with Team WHL in the Subway Super Series last night in Prince George. Glennie flew into Winnipeg this afternoon, and drove out to the Wheat City. Calgary head coach Mike Williamson and Hitmen players Matt McKenzie and Jimmy Bubnick rode with Glennie to Brandon.

- Brandon Glover, who was acquired in a trade with Moose Jaw Tuesday, gets the start in goal for Calgary. Former Warriors Nathan McMaster and Danny Gayle also make their Hitmen debuts tonight.

- Newdale product John Lawrence, the only Manitoban on Calgary's roster, is a healthy scratch tonight.
