Schenn Listed as Day-to-Day

Well, when the smoke cleared today, Brandon Wheat Kings' captain Brayden Schenn was listed as day-to-day by the Los Angeles Kings.

Early this afternoon, it was reported that any update on Schenn's ailing knee wouldn't come until Monday.

However, the 19-year old Saskatoon product did undergo an MRI and it was discovered there is no structural damage in the knee.

According to lakingsinsider.com, Schenn will be re-evaluated daily and will continue to train while he does rehab work.

Schenn may still participate in the Kings' rookie camp this weekend, depending on how he feels on a daily basis.

Kings' GM Dean Lombardi also confirmed the knee is the same one Schenn injured during the WHL playoffs last spring.
